Order Confirmation

It is the responsibility if the customer to provide us accurate information regarding the product. You have to be clear and descriptive about your requirements.

The artwork we send are the final depiction of your artwork, therefore it is your responsibility to thoroughly check the artwork if it’s according to the instructions provided by you. It is your responsibility to proof read any text or check or match any colors, threads and any other design elements.

Once you approve the artwork you have to email us the artwork back on email with a note mentioning approval of the attached work. After placing the order it is not possible for us to refund you the paid amount for any reason whatsoever. Please note that because you are ordering a custom product, the product is of no use for us, therefore the order placed will not be cancelled after start the production and you can cancel the order before the production.

Legal Details

You should have the legal ownership of all trademarks, copyrights and logos. When you submit your artwork you warrant NexusPatches.com that you have the legal right to reproduce or have reproduced any artowork, logos and images that you provide us. You should make sure and certify that the logos/designs/artwork you submit to us do not infringe on the right of any individual or company in any manner whatsoever.


It is your responsibility to provide us the correct physicall shipping address, once the tracking code is provided to you we will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company due to any force majure or any other reason whatsoever. We will not be responsible for any inaccurate shipping address or any misrouting of the shipment or delays due to any custom procedures.

We do ship international orders. However, we provide free shipping for the USA but international customers shipping will charge and customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees for orders delivered outside the United States.


If there is any manufacturing defect or the final product is not according to the artwork approved by you. You shall notify to us within 7 days of receiving the products. After checking if you are correct and if it’s our mistake then we will reproduce your patches at no cost and send it again.


All your payments are securely processed via our payment provider/partner Stripe, Inc.
